Sales Supervisor:

Location: Manchester Area, United Kingdom

Salary: £38,800 per annum

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred, not essential)

At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Management

Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Lead and mentor the sales team to meet performance targets and ensure smooth operations.
  • Client Relations: Manage key client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics and administrative teams to streamline processes.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively seek new clients and manage onboarding processes.

Business Support Manager:

Location: Manchester Area, United Kingdom

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred, not essential)

At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Management

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficient workflow and process optimisation.
  • Team Management: Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
  • Client Coordination: Liaise with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing timely support for ongoing projects.
  • Strategic Support: Assist senior management in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance to the senior team.
  • Project Management: Oversee key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance business efficiency.
