Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.​

Orders for wholesale products can be canceled within 14 days of placing the order, provided the goods have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us promptly with your order details. If the goods have already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy below.​

  • Unwanted Products: If you wish to return products for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Returns of unwanted products are subject to our discretion and may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in such cases.​
