Job Description:

Apex Fresh is a leading provider of business management solutions, specialising in business coaching, supply chain optimisation, and AI-driven automation solutions for SMEs across various industries. We are expanding our IT and automation division and seeking a Business Development Executive to lead growth initiatives, drive client engagement, and implement AI-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency for our clients.
 
Role Overview and Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to lead our customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. 
​

  • Onboarding Management: Oversee the customer onboarding process, ensuring clients are effectively introduced to our services and understand how to utilise them for optimal benefit.​

  • Resource Allocation: Identify and provide necessary resources to clients, tailoring support to meet their specific needs and objectives.​

  • Continuous Support: Develop and maintain support systems that address client inquiries and challenges promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.​

  • Feedback Integration: Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance satisfaction and retention.​

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that our services evolve in line with client expectations.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in customer service management alongside a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree preferably within the business/management sector. They should possess strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to innovate and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
