Apex Fresh is a leading provider of business management solutions, specialising in business coaching, supply chain optimisation, and AI-driven automation solutions for SMEs across various industries. We are expanding our IT and automation division and seeking a Business Development Executive to lead growth initiatives, drive client engagement, and implement AI-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency for our clients.
 
Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and leading AI-driven automation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business development and AI technologies, allowing them to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can generate leads, conduct market analysis, and implement tailored AI solutions that drive business efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

​

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the technology and automation space, with a focus on SMEs seeking digital transformation. This includes researching market trends, engaging potential clients, and positioning Apex Fresh’s services in business coaching, IT strategy, and AI-driven automation as core solutions to their operational challenges.

• Promoting Apex Fresh’s AI and automation capabilities to streamline client operations. The Executive will assess business processes, identify areas where automation can drive efficiency, and work with internal teams to design and implement tailored AI solutions that deliver measurable results for clients.

• A key duty will be to support clients in developing and executing digital business strategies. Working alongside our coaching team, the Executive will help clients align their technology adoption with their long-term goals, advising on cloud systems, process automation, and scalable digital infrastructure that supports sustainable growth.

• Maintain strong client relationships by offering consultative support throughout the engagement lifecycle. This includes presenting technical solutions in an accessible manner, addressing client needs proactively, and ensuring the successful integration of Apex Fresh’s IT and automation services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, though a Master’s degree is highly desirable. A strong background in business development, technology solutions, or AI automation is essential, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A deep understanding of market trends in AI, automation, and IT services will be crucial. The ability to engage with senior decision-makers, structure persuasive proposals, and develop long-term partnerships will be key to success in this role.
